Our goal is your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

If you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer FREE exchanges for wigs. Please ensure the wig is in its original condition—unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging—within 30 days of purchase.

Before shipping your return, please contact us to obtain the correct shipping address. Do not use the sender's address on your package, as it will delay processing. We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns.

Custom-made orders cannot be exchanged or returned unless an error was made on our part.

Exchange Policy

Email us within 30 days of receiving your package to request an exchange. Please include photos of the hair for reference. We will provide return instructions if your request aligns with our policies.

We can process exchanges for items that are unworn or unaltered without a restocking fee. Shipping the returned product via FedEx is required; failure to comply may result in additional shipping fees.

We typically use DHL or FedEx for reshipping, with delivery within 3-5 business days. Each order includes one free return and exchange service, covering return and re-shipping fees.

Rush Exchange

To expedite the process, place a new order online for the desired item and receive a refund upon return of the original item. We will prepare the new order while awaiting the return. 

Please note that each order is entitled to one free return and exchange service. Exchanged items are not covered under this policy. Absolutely no exchanges once purchased for clearance wigs. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Processing Time The processing time for some of our wigs is within 5-8 business days. For processing times of other items or specific options, please refer to the indicated custom days on the product page.

Expedited Shipping

We typically utilize expedited shipping via DHL or FedEx, contingent upon your location, with an estimated shipping time of approximately 3 - 5 business days. Not available at this time.

PO Box & Military Base

Kindly note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Military addresses (APO, FPO). Please furnish a physical address for your order.

Delivery Authorization

We strongly recommend signing for delivery. While we dispatch to the address provided with your order, we disclaim liability for losses incurred if you authorize parcel delivery to unattended locations such as doorsteps or courtyards.

Multiple Items

Orders comprising multiple items may be dispatched separately and delivered on different dates. Tracking numbers will be forwarded to you via email accordingly.

Tracking Information

You will receive tracking numbers via email within 24-48 hours once your order had been shipped.

Understanding Processing Time

Upon order receipt, each item undergoes rigorous quality control measures to uphold product excellence. Please be mindful that different items feature varying processing times.

Please Note:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Annual Public Holidays: Christmas, New Years, Labor Day,  Easter etc.. Kindly note that delivery times may be impacted during these periods due to service disruptions from our suppliers and logistics partners. Expect potential delays of 3-4 days or longer. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience during these times.

There will be no refunds issued for any such as “loss”orders ,missing orders after delivery (contact your local delivery company)or unjust claims concerning quality of wigs from exquisite collection. You will only be issued a refund if you return original wigs in original packaging with everything in the packaging unworn or in unused condition. We are not responsible for returning fees of products. Thank you for your understanding and support of my business.
